Awesome!

Love the feel and the color! The small fits me a little better than a medium (I’m 5’7” and 170ish lbs).

Horrible customer service

I ordered three items late February and after going back and forth with the company for three months, having my integrity questioned when I asked if I just needed to dispute the item with my credit card, all of a sudden they can either refund me or reship the order. Still waited about 6 weeks after reship. Wish orders ship faster. Imagine having worse logistics than the biggest joke in online shopping. On top of it all the tank tops are I’ll fitting but I don’t want to go through the nightmare again. At no point did the company take ownership of the issue. At first they blamed it on their shipping partner without realizing they actually were communicating better with me than they were. They even had the audacity to say this is why they offer shipping insurance and that’s what I should do next time.

The tanks are comfortable af'. The items I did receive are great another win for Super X. My only drawback is that when I emailed about a status update for where my order was I got the same generic answer. And when I finally got my order not all my items were in it!

Q: What does 'PRE ORDER' mean?

All of our premium super suits are released as PRE SALE items at limited edition quantities. Assembly doesn't begin until after the order has been placed.

Q: WHEN WILL MY PRE ORDER BEGIN SHIPPING?

Q: Why are there 'Limited Supplies'?

Each suit is limited edition and only released in limited quantities. This is due to the complexity of our clothing as well as the hand stitching and assembly process.

Q: Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

You are eligible for a full refund at any point of the process and your suit will be given to the next on the waitlist. Please note that once sold out, we rarely restock that exact style or design.

Q: What warranty do you offer?

We take extreme care to provide the highest quality craftsmanship and fabrics on the market and we stand behind the performance of every one of our products.

Therefore, we guarantee that if you experience a manufacturing defect on any item meaning you receive a defective or damaged item, you can return it for a free replacement within 30 days.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care. Normal wear and tear is the inevitable signs of age that products show with years of use, such as small abrasions, loose stitching or minor color fade. Manufacturing defects often include any missing zippers, missing drawstrings, color stain or irregular fit.

To report a manufacturing defect and receive a free immediate replacement, please send an email including your order number and a photo of the defect to help@superxapparel.com.
