Our Extended Warranty will provide a 100% Replacement (if available) or Store Credit for any SuperSuit purchased with the warranty. The warranty is eligible for one per item not per order, so if you have multiple SuperSuits  in your order that you want to protect, add multiple warranties to your order. 

Our Extended Warranty Covers the Following:

  • Zipper Malfunction (main central zipper, ankle zipper) *not pockets
  • Tear or Hole in Body of Suit (not pockets)
  • Any major Malfunction that causes suit to be unusable 

Our Extended Warranty Does NOT Cover the Following:

  • Loose threading 
  • Logo Peeling
  • Pocket Zipper Malfunction
  • Stains Post Use
  • Lost Drawstrings
  • Lost Patches 
  • Pocket Hole/Tear Post Use

Q: What does 'PRE SALE' mean?

All of our premium super suits are released as PRE SALE items at limited edition quantities. Assembly doesn't begin until after the order has been placed.

Q: WHEN WILL MY PRE SALE PRODUCT BEGIN SHIPPING?

Pre sale products take 10-12 weeks on average to complete and ship, depending on the complexity of the suit. You can check the estimated shipping date for each Supersuit here:

Q: WHEN WILL NON PRE SALE/READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS SHIP?

Non pre sale/ready to ship products are ready for immediate shipping unless ordered with a pre sale product. We do not offer split shipping so would need to wait to ship everything together once the pre sale product is available.

Q: WHAT IF YOU ORDER BOTH A PRE SALE PRODUCT AND A READY TO SHIP PRODUCT ON THE SAME ORDER?

Q: Why are there 'Limited Supplies'?

Each suit is limited edition and only released in limited quantities. This is due to the complexity of our clothing as well as the hand stitching and assembly process.

Q: Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

You are eligible for a full refund at any point of the process and your suit will be given to the next on the waitlist. Please note that once sold out, we rarely restock that exact style or design.

Q: What warranty do you offer?

We take extreme care to provide the highest quality craftsmanship and fabrics on the market and we stand behind the performance of every one of our products.

Therefore, we guarantee that if you experience a manufacturing defect on any item meaning you receive a defective or damaged item, you can return it for a free replacement within 30 days.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care. Normal wear and tear is the inevitable signs of age that products show with years of use, such as small abrasions, loose stitching or minor color fade. Manufacturing defects often include any missing zippers, missing drawstrings, color stain or irregular fit.

To report a manufacturing defect and receive a free immediate replacement, please send an email including your order number and a photo of the defect to help@superxapparel.com.
