PRESALE VS. READY-TO-SHIP SUPERSUITS:
All products are labeled as either PRESALE or READY-TO-SHIP.
PRESALE products undergo a 12-step assembly process beginning after your order has been placed. This process takes around 12-16 weeks to complete and ship on average.
READY-TO-SHIP products are in stock and ready for immediate shipping, taking 3-7 business days on average.
You can find the status of all PRESALE Supersuits along with their estimated shipping dates using the link below.

WHAT IF THERE IS A SHIPPING OR DELIVERY ISSUE?
Complications with delivery are rare. However, we are proud to offer optional add-on shipping insurance in your cart/at checkout for a small fee. This insurance provides peace of mind knowing that if your order gets lost in transit, is damaged, or is delivered to the incorrect address your order can be refunded or replaced immediately depending on the circumstance.
Please note that if you decide not to purchase the optional insurance for your order and a shipping or delivery issue occurs you will need to contact the shipping courier directly to get an update on your order or to file a claim. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance and are no longer responsible for it.
SuperX is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for damaged & lost packages due to address or other errors. We are also not responsible for packages that get disposed of by customs or by the courier due to refused import fees or refused delivery.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If the courier is unable to deliver your package and the order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we cannot guarantee a reship will be possible. Items returned to us are restocked back into our inventory to be offered to other collectors interested in that specific item. In this case, a refund or store credit would be issued for the price of the order, minus any shipping fees. If a reship is possible, you may be asked to cover the reship fee.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS BOTH A PRESALE & READY-TO-SHIP ITEM?
If your order has both a presale item and an ready-to-ship item we will need to wait for the presale item to become available before we ship any of the items in your order as we do not offer split shipping. If you would prefer to have the ready-to-ship items shipped right away we recommend placing a separate order for these items instead of including them on the same order as presale items. Alternatively, we can split ship the order for an additional shipping fee.
ORDERS THAT SHOW DELIVERED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED
DUTIES & TAXES
If you are located outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs fees/taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by SuperX and are beyond our control. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to SuperX and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding any shipping fees. If a package is discarded or lost by customs or the courier after duties refusal we will not be able to offer any form of reimbursement.
If you have questions as to why you are billed certain import fees/taxes, or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier that directly billed you.
