We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from SUPERX you can return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.
Any signs of cologne, deodorant, hair, dirt, sweat or lint will result in a rejection of return.
You must return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.
No returns or exchanges on facemasks.
All sale items are final. However, we do allow size exchanges and returns for store credit as a courtesy.

We will ONLY provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item if there was a mistake on our end (wrong size or item sent). If you are wanting to return an item for a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees both ways.
If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding (both original order shipping and return shipping) within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse.
If you are exchanging a product, we will will issue you store credit within 7-10 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse.
Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs of new size sent out.
At SUPERX we process exchanges a little differently than you may be used to. For all regular priced items, when we receive and process your exchange back at our warehouse, instead of sending you the item, we will immediately issue you store credit. Your instant store credit will be sent to your email so that you can place a new order for the new size, color or item you want to exchange. This gives you complete control of your exchange!
